Completed Legendary But Didn't Get Mark VI...

I believe this is due to the fact that I didn’t complete all of the missions whilst I was connected to xbox live.

Is there somebody at 343/waypoint who I can contact to unlock my stuff and update my service record?

Same here, I finished it solo on Legendary and didn’t get anything.

It doesn’t really bother me much since I didn’t really plan on wearing it anyways, but from what I have been told it is something that I am supposed to have after completing Legendary.

from what i heard, u need to complete the campaign cooperatively heroic or harder.

You need to check your commendations, see what levels you missed commendations for and repeat those levels. Same happened to me got achieves but no gear.

They wont unlock it for you.

Happened to me and this fixed it. Had to replay the first two levels. The MK VI variant of MK VII is way -Yoink!-, btw. I’ll definitely be sporting the MK VI shoulders, forearms, and legs.
