I completed all 19 missions on normal difficulty, but i still have Departures and Halt cinematics locked(theater). How can I get them unlocked?

Ok, I am angry. This is stupid bug which appears after updates. This happened to me two times and now for the third time again. All saves disappeared, some logs missing, and two cinematics are locked. This was addressed in the past ,but happens again. Please developers fix it. This is non sense that campaign progression can bugged by balance updates.
One of the biggest reasons I bought Halo Wars 2 is, because of the cinematics. This is really frustrating and until today still not fixed!
