I started Halo 5 (for the first time) during the free weekend and purchased it partway through the campaign. I played through the entire campaign on heroic however not a single achievement unlocked (0/73 currently). I was connected to Xbox live the entire time. I have done cold reboots of my Xbox One many times and even cleared local game data but nothing unlocked. My service record on Waypoint shows 15/15 missions completed on heroic.
Does anyone have a solution for this?
I know this isn’t ideal, but have you tried completing it again? There may have been some sort of issue the first time around, but it may work the second.
You could have been offline when you did the campaign.

Are you still haeing that problem? Because I can see the achievement.
If you are not online when playing achevments will not be recived
