Completed HALO 2 on Legendary - says incomplete

I’ve completed HALO 2 on Legendary… It states from the main screen that I’ve complete 15/15. Then when you looked my achievements for HALO 2, it shows 11/13 levels completed? First, how can it be 11/13 when there are 15 levels? Also, which of the 11/13 does it say I completed?? Lastly, is there any way I can get all my achievement points I accumulated without have to go through the entire game again with no assurances that it won’t do the same thing again? I’ve included a “record that” segment showing what I’m referring to. Excuse it’s brevity, working with a limited segment to do this…

Hi. According to your service record The mission “Regret” and “The great journey” is not accomplished. This can be a glitch. This happened to me as well. So do only these 2 missions again and you should be fine. Thanks for pointing that out… Those are definitely bugs! I finished both of them. As a matter of fact I remember upon finishing the last level it stopped quickly and then went to the main menu and I saw no points provided for finishing the level. What really pisses me off is that the last level is the hardest!! I’ve been very disappointed with all the glitch’s/issues with MCC. I quit playing MCC for nearly 10 mos because of the bugs… Coming back, most have been fixed but it appears they will never take care of all of them… Bungie never had such issues… Thanks again… By the way, do you know why it show 11/13 levels completed but there are actually 15 levels in the game??? That doesn’t make sense to me…

Two of those levels are cutscenes.

Well, thanks for your help on this FYI - I just finished Regret level again on Legendary and it STILL doesn’t give me credit for it… No one there at 343 will help?? How the hell are we supposed to get this fixed? No support all… T. This is ridiculous Until this is fixed, I am not buying Halo 5…
