Ok, so servers have been acting really wonky lately (more so than ever). Last night me and 2 friends were hardly able to play as we´d get dropped right at the very moment the game was about to start and we´d get the notorious red screen claiming server error.
Anyways, we did manage to get some games in eventually. One of them was a slayer game on The Rig (we lost 49-50 DOH!) which was completed. Right after the game we couldn’t´t check game stats while searching for the next game and when I looked in my game history here at waypoint that game is nowhere to be seen?
This is getting really annoying, not so much because of a single game missing from my history, but how poorly the servers are performing. Me and my friends are having major issues every day and its just getting really old by know. Please 343 - do something about this.

I have issues “retrieving data” all the time and opening/seeing req packs etc but I never noticed a game not registering (of course I don´t look for it all the time but this time was weird right after the game too). You can play at the pentagon with top tier connection but the servers are still -yoink- bad

Exactly my point Sir Only its gotten worse lately to the point where it severely affects not only gameplay by latency and lag but anything and everything I try to do inside the game (menues etc).
343 - can you please make an official statement that you are actually doing something. Get these servers and game netcode an overhaul and launch more azure servers (@MS).
I had a doubles game with my buddy, 25-24. It didn’t show up on Theater, Waypoint or, Halotracker. It still hasn’t registered as my third placement match. So that 10 minute game, literally was for nothing and not accounted for.
for me it happens like once every 2 or 3 matches, the constant “retrieving info” message appears and I can´t check anything, reqs, last match report and as some of you said I can´t use any weapon aside from the assault rifle and pistol in warzone, my profile appears to reset since I appear as SR 1 and the default emblem and to fix all this i have to hard reset my xbox, quitting the app and opening it again does not help at all
seriously I HAVE TO HARD RESET MY XBOX EVERY 2 TO 3 MATCHES WHAT THE HELL!!!
another issue I´m having is I can´t find matches in breakout, it takes forever to do so like 10 mins search time if I´m lucky, if not it just says no match available
something is seriously wrong with 343´s servers

Op the servers just haven’t been great at all. Even from launch they were okay at best. Its really hit and miss. If you have residential fiber to your house you have the ultimate connection possible. As long as your Nat type is set to open and are hard wired you should be golden… With all the updates this game has had and what ever else patch work they do to this game can always have a negative effect on how the game performs. Theres just to many little issues to this game that add up to be an awful mess. Tonight right before I play H5 I am going to do another hard reset start to my xbox. If that doesn’t help the games performance for me then its time to just set the game aside… Ive just lost any kind of hope for this game and am really tired of it all to be honest. I really do wish the best of luck to you and I also would like 343i to at least make some sort of statement to see where this stands. But honestly there track record on resolving issues isn’t great by any means…

I´m guessing its a combo but more server locations would certainly help.

I hear you and I agree. I have had breaks but Halo is what I prefer to play eventhough you can argue how much Halo Halo 5 really is
Anyways, at least they recognized the issue in the latest community update and I am going to post me details in that dedicated thread they made. Only problem is that I was not able to record and upload any videos in the past few weeks as my fileshare was full. I have now deleted some videos so I can record new ones and am collecting data to post in the report thread.

Yes I think I posted to that in the support forums… I think they have finally noticed that something is up with the game and issues people are starting to have or have been having for sometime now… We just have to be persistent I guess. I will follow your posts! Keep up the good work with any info that will help them! They need it!
