Today I played a game of warzone and I completed the wraith destroyer commendation and at the end of the game there was the “retrieving data” screen and it gave me no reward pack. I came back later and my post game stats were working and it shows I completed the commendation and that I have 1 new pack, but there are no packs for me to open. I also checked my emblems to see if it gave me the emblem anyways and it was not there.
Is there anyway I can get my reward pack and/or the emblem in it?
Try hard resetting your xbox one or you can also check your REQ inventory here on Waypoint for the new item

I’m on the next day, I hard reset my Xbox and I checked here on waypoint but still no pack or emblem in my inventory on the Xbox or waypoint. It says I completed this commendation on the commendation section here on waypoint but as I said before, due to retrieving data, I never received the pack to begin with.
