i just checked my stats and it says i have completed 19 challenges. however, when i check out the challenges section on waypoint it says i have completed 38, but the achievement hasn’t unlocked. why the discrepancy between the two?

am i missing something? the daily and weekly numbers add to 19, but what are the others that it says i have completed-or are those total challenges released? ie: i completed 19 out of 38. anyone know?
