Complete random exit during Firefight

This is the 3rd time I’ve experience this during a Firefight match. I would be in the match re-spawning, and I would be selecting which reqs, it would randomly boot me and completely exit the Halo 5 game back to the X Box Live dashboard. Every single instance this happened is when I would be scrolling through me reqs and I would about to select one.

Has this happened to anyone?

yes it has, I made a similar thread a few weeks ago I believe

Anyone have an idea as to why such a malfunction exists? I’ve been told to switch controllers and I have, but this happened again when I was in the REQ menu. I’m using the basic standard X Box One black controller.
