Details:

Objects high-light when hovered over.
Name of object hovered over appears under reticle.
Ability to “lock” objects so they can’t be moved without unlocking.
Ability to “duplicate” objects for ease of access.
Quick orientation reset button (D-right).
Huge budget (prone to change before release).
Object magnetism; objects now magnetically attach to each other perfectly for VERY easy placement.
No Undo Button
No Weather/Day control
3 Forge World pallets/maps shipped with game
From what Frankie said, all Forged maps will look very different from each other due to the dynamic lighting!
Trait zones that change player traits.
Gravity Volumes that change gravity (can change direction of gravity). I don’t know about you guys, but I’ll use heavy reverse-gravity volumes to cap my maps with a ceiling instead of using those annoying pesky kill zones.
Again, dynamic lighting. I can’t stress how amazing this is. All Forge items will have dynamic lighting, which means tunnels will be dark and walls will cast shadows.
It appears kill zones have returned (much to my disparagement).
When switching from monitor to player, a very short lighting render loading takes place (happens to ALL players on co-op).
Kill balls returned.
