Complete checklist of all DLC

How much extra in-game DLC have you unlocked?

Firstly, I see a lot of topics on here asking about the Pre-order/Limited Edition DLC and whether or not it will be released on the Marketplace in the future.

This is all that has been said on the topic so far, (to the best of my knowledge):

> Some of the skins, helmets, and the FOTUS armor are exclusive to various retail offers. <mark>Some</mark> of these items <mark>MAY</mark> become available to all players at a later date.

Source: The Halo Bulletin: 9.5.12

In reference to the exclusive in-game content that comes with the Limited Edition Console & Limited Edition Game…

> While we know there are completionists that would like to have it all, it’s not unreasonable to think that we <mark>may</mark> eventually make <mark>all</mark> of the content available one day.

Source: The Halo Bulletin: 7.18.12

So, basically, the answer is we don’t know if it WILL be released in the future, just that some, or maybe even all of it, MAY be.

Another interesting point is the apparent contradiction that was made regarding the Locus and Deadeye helmets…

> Last week, retailers began announcing their Halo 4 pre-order bonuses. The first eight bonuses you’ll see below are skins. (For clarification purposes, please note <mark>they are skins only, and we are not locking away armor.</mark>)

I’m pretty sure there’s no other way to unlock the Locus or Deadeye helmets in-game.

The Locus helmet was made available via the King of the Hill app and the Deadeye helmet featured in the V Energy Drink giveaway, but both of these promotions have now ended, so technically these two pieces of armor are now ‘locked away’ from players.

I have it all except the corbulo emblem.

But why are you posting this?

i have most of this all i really want is the pulse gungner armor

I haz it allz!

I found a few interesting snippets of information regarding the Pre-order/Limited Edition DLC whilst trawling through some old bulletins recently and knew it would be relevant to a lot of questions I’ve seen asked about it over the last few weeks.

I’ve posted in several threads about whether the pre-order stuff is coming to marketplace and knew I’d read about it somewhere. Last night I finally found the post by bs angel I was thinking of, (the one quoted in the OP).

Pretty sure the Corbulo emblem was only from non-US 12+1 month Xbox LIVE subscription cards. I searched online for weeks trying to find a valid code for use in the US but all I found were European and Asian codes.

I also heard that it was available for preordering the map pack pass, or something of that sort from Gamestop. I got it from a kind user here who granted me a code.

Also, you forgot the avatar t-shirt from the limited edition UNSC controller.

Nice find. Another 343 Lie.

Nice compilation you have there.

Thanks for the info. I’ve seen various posts about how to get the Corbulo emblem. If I can find any further ways (with evidence, e.g. webpage links) I’ll add them to the list.

I also got a Corbulo emblem for free on these forums! It was in this thread.

I debated on whether or not to include the avatar t-shirt, but wasn’t going to as I meant for this to be in-game DLC, I just included the avatar stuff for the LE game & console since I had a section for them anyway. I guess it won’t do any harm to add it though. Thanks for the suggestion.

Thanks

And thanks for the Avatar Armor giveaway!

Something else to consider adding to the list, the Prima Limited Edition Halo 4 Strategy guide came with male/female codes for a Halo 4 ‘Cryptum’ Avatar T-shirt.

Edit : Nevermind, I just noticed the post above mine.

Thanks.

Actually, I think the Cryptum t-shirt you refer to is different to the UNSC logo one mentioned above. I’ll take a look and see if I can dig up an image of it.

That Cryptum shirt is pretty spiffy.

I have most of everything, got the LE and the console, controller, and everything Gamestop handed out. Just missing the Web, Circuit, Raptor and Deadeye codes. Oh and the Spartan emblem.

all I want is that LR Imprint skin. So bad :frowning:

I have everything except a few emblems.

If someone can spare me a code for a Corbulo Emblem, it would be greatly appreciated. I may also be able to return the favor if they offer any codes at PAX East, which I will be attending later this month!

As a fan of FuD it kinda sucks that I can find this 12 month anywhere. I wish it came with the Blu Ray. It would give me another reason to finally pick that up.

The only thing I want right now is that locus helm

I hadn’t come across this before, it’s pretty old I know, but I thought I’d share it as it’s the first time I’d seen something mentioned in relation to the possible release of the Limited Edition Game and Console contents:

> With the console bundle, you announced that it would come with exclusive in-game content. Is this in-game content the same as the Limited Edition bundle content?

> The content is different and unique to each SKU. While we know there are completionists that would like to have it all, it’s not unreasonable to think that we may eventually make all of the content available one day. I would also like to point out, since this is a thing that generates lots of conversation, that the unique or exclusive items are custom created and curated for that purpose or promotion or partner, rather than simply redistributed from stuff created for the shipping game. It’s a subtle distinction I suppose, but in our case a real one.

I don’t know if I like the idea of the Limited Edition Game and Console contents becoming available. That’s a bit different to simply releasing the Pre-order DLC in my opinion…

Check out this topic: Another 25 codes for another 25 lucky users!

25 Corbulo Emblem codes are being posted on http://www.fastxboxlive.com/free today, 10th March 2013, at 6pm GMT.

Good luck!

I preordered Halo 4 from GameStop so I got the Forest Camo with the Artic Camo Battle Rifle.

Gerneral Mountain Time?
For Clarification can you tell me what that translates to for Eastern Standard?
