I have a serious problem with this xp cap. I am currently waiting to go to boot camp on December 4th so in trying to get as much halo in as possible. I’ve hit the cap every day except the first. Today, I was one game away from the win 117 games challenge to get the 17k xp, I had not yet hit the cap. I put in 5 double xp games. We won our next game, it said I had won the game. When I got my xp, I only went up 9K from the game only. 343, this is a serious problem. I just missed out on 17k xp, when I only have 3 weeks left to play the game before boot camp.
I feel for you man! If we are completing challenges and not getting our XP, this is not cool! It isn’t being banked, it isn’t being tracked, and it’s just being wasted! There isn’t a point in playing multiplayer after the XP cap if our stats aren’t being tracked and our XP isn’t being banked. I’ve finished the campaign and played the spartan missions several times over! This is a huge bummer!
I feel your pain, the XP cap isn’t nearly big enough, or we get too much xp from each game, I dunno.
But if I was to get the weekly right now, thats nearly a 1/3 of the daily cap in one go…
it’s not like they had 4 years to calculate everything . . . give 'em a break… its their first time making a video game… what do you expect ??
