i own the game, and have halo tv now. but the halo tv is not allowing me to watch nightfall episodes, it asks for me to buy or details, when i push buy it takes me back to the game. i cannot watch the nightfall episodes
edit: nevermind, i just found out, after update it now wants the code in the case for halo tv to work right if you have halo on disk, it works now that i entered it. it was working before when i first got the game, but i guess they need the code now, that can confuse people

They might not have done it intentionally but that doesn’t make it ok, we all have every right to be frustrated they did this to us with halo 4 before and they deserve to lose a lot more revenue due to their lack of competence, drop dead you might be ok with getting ripped off but most people are not so when halo 5 comes out and you get screwed again maybe then you will wake up and realize it’s bs and something need to be done to protect the consumer!!

I’d like to let you all know that it is not 343’s fault for the way the game was released it is Microsoft’s fault. My friend that works for 343 told me that Microsoft was pushing for then ten year release date form when Halo 2 first came out, 343 knew the game was not ready to release and asked for more time but Microsoft said “no”. Its like when you ask a publisher to publish your book, they are paying you for the writing them a book so you have a deadline and weather the book is finished or not when you hit the deadline its time to turn the book over to the publisher, the same thing happened with Halo The Master Chief Collection, Microsoft is the publisher, 343 makes the game to a deadline and if not finished they have to turn it over anyway. So what I’m saying my fellow Halo players don’t blame 343 for not making it better they are trying, blame Microsoft for not giving 343 more time, they knew there were bugs with the game but couldn’t do anything with Microsoft breathing down there necks. So please calm down and try to play another game like Destiny or Assassin’s Creed Unity both of witch are really good games. But if you have to play Halo don’t take it out on the game or game developer it’s not there fault. And also ask 343 to bring Halo: Reach Halo: 3 ODST and Halo Wars to the Xbox One for they were all good games to me. Oh and also I bought an Xbox One for more then Halo, I also have Middle Earth: SoM, Titanfall, Watch Dogs, CoD Ghosts, CoD AW, Assassins Creed Unity, and Destiny and I spent over $1000 for my Xbox One. you made the right choice. I have a ps4 as well with benq monitors, scuf controller and Astro a40 the Xbox one is the better console in every facet. Halo 5, gears of war. Crackdown 3. Even sunset overdrive is fun. I don’t know if the division will fancy the one, but those are all exclusives. Don’t worry my brotha. You made the right choice

Actually they definetly knew about this cause at one of the tournaments the game crashed and -Yoink- hit the fan but they said it would be fixed b4 launch they knew

Every time I go into mcc it never asks me to download any patch. I have automatic downloads on but can’t tell if it actually downloaded. If it did download already I don’t see much difference

I agree with this statement. But I don’t think people should be going this crazy over the multiplayer aspect of the game. I guarantee 9/10 people have not even completed all 4 games on legendary. For the ones that have and didn’t get the achievements I am sorry.

343 did not foresee this, and they are losing money every single day. The multiplayer system doesn’t work and it wasn’t intentional. For every gamer they lose, that means that the multiplayer is being used a little less each time. For every complaint and review someone hears about they game, it shows people that they shouldn’t buy the game. Either way this is bad for business and it wasn’t foreseen to this extent. There is no way that it was

Even so, I made multiple saves to avoid a situation like this. But my all map variants are gone.

We can by an Xbox one for whatever reason we want. I purchased one for the same reason. I “was” only a Halo fan and that’s all I’ve played for 10 years. The thousands of bugs may not be intentional but by far was neglectful. This game should have never been released like this. I would much rather await a later release than to deal with this disappointment.
