i feel bad for how much flak 343I gets but this is honestly the worst game I have ever played. halo 3 beta was 10x better than this
Dude, I’m sure 343i is doing their very best to fix things, but Microsoft is not really giving them time, they have to make at least 1 Halo game a year. Which gives them little time because they have to work on their next title…
Still having humorous issues with the party and the friends list. Last night I attempted again to invite a friend to a game. They could not accept my part or game invite. This doesn’t occur outside the master chief collection. If it is a microsoft issue then I am complaining in the wrong place. It shouldn’t take an hour to invite someone.
another issue I have been expirencing is the 13 new unlocks. Not a big deal. There are others like the game freezing mid mission on co-op. My game froze and my friend continued the mission with me apparently still in the game. I didn’t earn any of the achievements for that mission and I was extremely mad.
…I just spent three hellish, horrifying hours slogging through Two Betrayals on Legendary (with NO skulls on, by the way). I come to this site to check, and it says I haven’t completed TB on Legendary.

This game -Yoinking!- sucks cant connect cant play cant enjoy a multiplayer match!!! Lag and time wasted fix your -Yoinking!- problems or im done with halo.
I grew up playing this game and now its just sad.
I lost my rank in anniversary because u guys lagged and i had to quit the match.

What is going on with matchmaking on Master Chief Collection? This is absurd. Been trying for two days to matchmake and was successful only for a few hours. Have tried changing games as well, just sits at “Searching for Players” for hours. I have read several other people complaining, this sucks…bought the game, was an original Halo fan, own all of them, and this is just pure let down. Hopefully it is temporary but reading back in the forums, this has been a problem for quite some time. Definitely cancelling my Halo 5 order plans.

How bad is this remaster of halo it’s got so much bugs it’s unbelievable I have just been kicked from a game for betraying and a dident even fire on bullet… THE GAME IS -Yoinked!- AND RUINED IF YOU ASK ME
This game is a joke been trying to beat the Halo 2 with my friend and we cant eve do that. We have tried at lest over 10 times game was a waste of money.

quit making excuses for 343. We didn’t force them to make the MCC. We didn’t force them to release it less than a year before they were supposed to release halo 5. they do not get out of this because of some twisted arguments that really just pushes the blame onto microsoft. microsoft has a part of the blame, i will state that is quite clear. However there are MANY games that work flawlessly on the xbox one. MCC is the worst I’ve seen by far. This is because of 343. They have failed and don’t seem to care.
Please tell me how they are doing their very best to fix things? How are you so sure? When was the last update? What did it fix? What else is left to be fixed? How many patches were necessary? Would you say the community is happy with their work? Lets hear it since you seem to know it all here.

They made bad decisions and were like hey how about this. They wanted to make an ideal collection of games but failed majorly for three straight months since launch and continued that by failing to patch the bugs that were supposedly fixed but I keep seeing threads with “downloading latest matchmaking data” that’s an issue that isn’t been fixed and the campaigns were broken for while in co-op some for solo. Not sure about now but that was still within 7 to 8 months after release is ridiculous. They should of just done H2a with classic multiplayer with an expanded forge and more H2a maps. The forge seems lazy and is proven to be incomplete with a Stone town piece being able to be grabbed called unknown but can’t moved or be used. Would of played out so much better if they had focused on the right things.
Whenever somebody quits before a matchmade game gets to start, leaving it 4 on 3. It kicks us out the game as if we quit, and I lost my ranking? Fix this please !
I AM NOT HAPPY. Halo 2 Legendary Co-Op keeps disconnecting 90% into the mission Delta Halo. THIS HAS HAPPENED 3 TIMES. I’m so sick of wasting 2 hours of my time to get to the end of the mission to be disconnected. We have a perfect Skype connection at all times between us so it is not on our end. Come on 343, this is disgraceful, don’t release a game with so many bugs. Its an insult to us and to Bungie’s original series. NO ONE IS GOING TO BUY HALO 5 AT THIS RATE. Next time tell Microsoft Studios to extend your deadline instead of releasing a half-@rsed game, with empty promises. WE DO NOT WANT YOUR APOLOGY DLC, WE SIMPLY WANT OUR GAME TO WORK.
