I bought an xbox one with guardians about 2 weeks ago. I have put in the forums twice that when I entered the code for the game the download never started. I got no response at all. I got tired of it so I return the xbox to Walmart just to get a new halo game. I try again. The message reads that I now own this game. NO DOWNLOAD STARTS…am I doing something wrong or does this game have a hard time downloading? There has to be some tech support on this product.
