How come it’s super easy to get the secondary skin for 90% of the armor sets but then there’s certain armor sets that are ridiculously crazy to get? All I do is play slayer and I don’t even have Gungnir yet. Commando is one of my favorite armor types and it seems pretty extreme that I have to master either Dominion or Flood (thank god im good at flood) to get it.
Did they make it this way just to ensure that you would keep playing to get it?
Does it also feel like while there are so many things to choose from on that list for customizing your Spartan, there doesn’t seem to be that many actual different armor sets?
I hope that Halo 5 will evolve the customization and give us way more different armor sets (hopefully more with actual visors imo).
I love stances and I can’t wait to see more in Halo 5 and I hope we get way more emblems as well.

I feel that adding Elites to MP would be pointless for 3 big reasons

343 made MP part of the actual story by making it “War Games” instead. War Games is about Spartans training on a UNSC ship so there would be no Elites on the ship, let alone in War Games.

They would have to add as much customization for the Elites as there is for the Spartans. This would take a crap ton of work and I just don’t really see it happening.

Hitboxes. Sure, we could get used to them but the game is just more fair and balanced (which is what this community has been screaming for) when everyone can be hit in the same places.

If you think they are difficult or time consuming try unlocking the VanGuard armor with ForeRunner Destroyer commendation, that my friend is time consuming & tedious!

I am always impressed when I see this armor especially if it is coupled with CTF Mastery skin. That sir is dedication.
I have tried to memorize the look of the skins for the different commendations. So that when I am in the lobby I can tell what the player has accomplished and wants to show off. I think it is unfortunate that some of the major commendations have skins that are barely noticeable, like Vehicle Mastery and Perfection.

I think CTF is going to be my next game-type commendation for the CONVERGE skin & I also have a look at players armors while waiting in the lobby.
The Contoured SHARD skin for the forearms is such a low reward for Perfections & the same for the legs & Payback.
I would wear them but they don’t go with the rest of my armor being, well contoured haha
