Hey everybody. I’m pretty sure most people who had slight hopes about the CSR are disappointed about the latest update. I really don’t see a big enough negative visible CSR in game to keep it out. I know that there are negative behaviors that come with it, but I feel like the good that comes far outweighs the bad.

For example, visible CSR will show the players that the trueskill system is actually working, and most importantly it will push players to play more to try to get a higher rank and get better. It’s something to constantly strive for. This addictive aspect of the game is missing from 4 and was also missing from Reach.

I know other topics have been done, but I was hoping people could come together, not to moan and scream their complaints at 343, but to simply ask for in game CSR to return. At least have BS Angel comment and explain fully why they aren’t adding it.

Asking 343 to do anything that the community asks for only receives a vague, half-effort attempt to appease them.

Regardless, a visible CSR rank in game has always had my support.

sorry but petitions arnt aloud on the forums (i think)
also, if its taking this for you guys to get CSR on waypoint then having it ingame would probably take even longer, my guess would be late this year or in halo 5

No it won’t. It won’t be linked to your TrueSkill rating, so it won’t tell you anything about your TrueSkill. Two players of identical TrueSkill could have totally different CSR’s, depending on number of games played in that playlist and how CSR is calculated.
