Hi they.iv tried halo 2 legandary and its a nightmare.iv been useing PP/BR.any tips on how to complete it would be great as halo 2 is the only game I haven’t done legandary.
Take the game rather cautious. I tried to be as stealthy as possible. The good ole back smack is a good way to kill any enemy except for hunters.
Always try to kill the lesser covenant first. Grunts and Jackals are easy to kill, always save the elites/brutes last.
Arbiter levels are different because you are constantly fighting flood. For those levels the same goes except try to keep a shotgun/sword handy to take care of some harder encounters.
I recommend watching some walk through videos on YouTube. Those will help a lot more than I can.

Hang back, take them out one by one. Head shot everything. Plasma Pistol the elites. Memorize sniper locations. Rush through many flood areas.

Use the always invisible glitch for the Master Chief levels. Youtube it if you don’t know it.
Always Invisible makes the game like Easy difficulty, but it is good for just running through to see what is different (different enemy spawns, etc.).

Tyrant has superb walkthroughs. I would have never gotten the achievement had I not stumbled upon his videos.

Thanks def getting that skull.do you have to be on legandary to get all the skulls?.

And half of the walkthroughs on youtube just take you out of the level or divert the fighting. For instance Ive only ever seen maybe 3 walkthroughs of Outskirts where they don’t just grenade jump over the first doorway and then run the rooftops to the point where they get a warthog and just tank it the rest of the way through. Whats the fun in skipping half of Outskirts? Besides to get the skull in the first place you have to play on legendary and get halfway through the Delta Halo level (honestly the hardest part of the level rather than the sniper waterfall).

All except Blind (takes away HUD). Also a great tip is use Plasma Pistol/BR obviously.

Cool will make sure I remember that.yep I’m useing PP/BR.Arby levels are fun.
Take your time and never give up is the rule that I play when tackling this monster feet.
Which I have to do so again for achievements when my copy of Halo 2 vista comes in but it’s worth it!
Definitely put thought into hunting down the skulls Envy, Sputnik (debatable, but helps when getting outside the map) and Grunt B-Day Party. The Arbiter missions aren’t that difficult with camo (except for the Heretic Leader fight…) energy swords on flood missions and the Banshee-versus-Tartarus trick. The difficulty comes with Master Chief.
Also, explore, you’ll be quite surprised where you might be able to reach to skip certain battles… or even entire sections of levels…
