I know it’s my opinion but I love the game and it’s only getting added on to from here!
PC OR XBOX? on pc it crashed after every game, and not even that but we had to paly with 2 frames per second with serious lag it was’t even funny. I had to afk in blitz just to complete quests. and story mode was extremely choppy. after the huge update everything works now. the only problem i have now are the audio bugs.

I have not played for honor, but yes on pc it was so bad

On Xbox One I could rarely finish a solo skirmish or firefight mode without losing connection to servers or freezes. When playing with a friend is was close to a 100% failure rate on anything together. So yeah, it was that bad between the freezes, game sync errors, server disconnections, lag, etc.
That being said, I don’t really care about compensation either. I got the game I paid for… eventually… if they decided to do some extra free DLC that wasn’t already planned and a part of the season pass, then cool. Either way I’ve learned not to trust 343i to deliver a functional product at launch anymore so I’ll be getting them on the cheap from now on (like Ubisoft games).

I do not know of PC problems. But I bet it is Greedy Microsoft trying to push more pc/xbox games quicker, to make up for the XBOX only games. And game makers running into a lot of trouble with making two games for two separate and totally different gameplay, operating systems

Oh -Yoink- yeah, I love free DLC, along with the forward, and you’re definitely correct to think that about 343, but I still wouldn’t call it a dysfunctional product. Really? It has everything and more of what Halo Wars 1 had (obviously taking advantage of the lack of content from the first game), and its definitely more, but, I can also understand if you guys have been having problems. I will not however stress enough the amount of people who make forums telling 343 that their connection is terrible and they’ve been lagging out constantly, and I’ve had this, and also I realize that I only have the tip of the iceberg compared to some people. This may be so but these forum sceneries carry people who post these forums expecting that everyone who plays this game are getting the errors, and added onto that, ruthlessly attacking 343, telling everyone that they are the worst company in the history of the world, and that they may go have -Yoink!- with themselves. This is overly exaggerated, and I know this guy didnt say it, Im only justifying my reasoning for disagreeing with his argument.

Yep it was pretty bad on pc for a while. It wouldn’t even launch at 1 point. X1 for me was fine but when I tried to play on PC it always crashed, while the issues seems fixed now.

Is this a joke? I got the Ultimate Edition and have been playing just about flawlessly. There have been a few disconnects, and such. Nothing major. There was no lapse of services. No huge outages. So this is a terrible post. I have been enjoying Halo Wars 2
The OP dies not speak for me. I WANT NOTHING FREE, OR ANY KIND OF COMPENSATION.
Between the delayed “day one” patch a week after initial early launch, and the real patch two weeks later the game was pretty absurdly broken on PC for many people. A long black screen on launch, crashing after nearly every game and SP mission when returning to menus, heavy performance issues, etc. on top of the already existing XBox problems with out of sync errors and various bugs.
Given you can literally just go read all these issues listed out in the patch notes it’s not exactly wild accusations. I had the XBox version to fall back to (and had to do so) so it wasn’t that big of a deal for me… aside from the fact that when you launch a game in a broken state for weeks the already modest player count is going to take a major hit and now barely anyone is on the PC version.
Anyway, I don’t care about compensation as all they could realistically do is throw out some DLC from the season pass that I already own, some very low value Blitz packs that many people don’t care about anyway, etc., but PC players definitely had cause to gripe.

I’m confused. If you refunded the game why do you care? I bought early access and enjoyed a pretty good campaign and several matches in between disconnects. Loved every second of it, and with the bug fixes are loving it even more.
