I know 343i hinted at compensation for this mess; but I keep seeing people wanting extended beta as a form of compensation.

I for one will never be purchasing another 343i product and don’t see how an extended beta for something I don’t care about will make me feel compensated. -Yoink!- points that is being rewarded to the people buying MCC now is what WE should get, we stuck it out; not them…

The rebate being offered is not compensation, it is something being offered by Microsoft and Xbox Live Rewards. It’s not solely based on MCC either, you can pick up any Halo related items form the store and get credit back for it. Compensation / making it up to the community is still something that has to be detailed by 343i / Microsoft
