At the very least they should make a statement of some sort to paying customers. I mean we fork over the cash every month to play on XBLive.
This is not MCC people, and it seems its xbox is down (last I checked). your issue lies with Microsoft.

As other people have said, this is a problem Xbox-wide. As well, the only time that compensation would make sense is if the outages continued for a ridiculously long period of time, such as what happened with PSN back in 2011.

Don’t they have backups or something they can fall back to and recover their servers. That’s what we do at work inclusive hot swapping out servers as needed.

Most games are working fine. MCC, Halo 5 and GoW are the only ones affected. Notice a pattern?
