Biggest launch fail I’ve ever experienced, complete disappointment and caused sooooo much frustration trying to find a game.
Tried to find an Email address but it seems the forum is the only way to contact 343? 
So what’s the plan, we get the game fixed a week after it launches and we go back to normal, get some lame armour and another “We are sorry” ?
I’m not sure about you, but an extra H2A map would make it up for me

I have been annoyed at most of the compensation posts I have seen but this one makes a lot of sense. It would be fairly easy and would be a nice gesture for them to put in extra work when its finished to give us another map.
A free month of Xbox Live gold would do it or me.
nah there wont be any compensation
theyll release some sort of armor or skin of some sort and say its compensation but they were just going to give it to us in the first place anyway.
I dont want compensation, not as much as those poor people who may have bought an xbone just for MCC will.
i feel sorry for those people most, coz they must be asking “is this what next gen is”. Whereas i know and enjoyed all the awesome games ive played this year to know that halo MCC is the only major failure this year. Which is ironic when its xbox’s flagship game. it shouldnt happen but it has.

I agree all these people who want money and free MS points/money are just using this as a opportunity to get free -Yoink-. To be honest I would just be happy the game is fixed no compensation needed. But if they were going to do something free content would be the only thing THAT would be appropriate. I dont need a I’m sorry letter or money I just want the game to work and if they feel the need to give me something for the long wait then so be it but im not gonna beg for it.
Plus all you people saying we need compensation all sound like pissed off people at retail store needing to talk to a manager. Grow up its a game and yeah we paid good money for it but its gonna be fixed. At least this game will work at some point assassin’s creed unity has more problems than this game and it will be stuck that way. 900p 30fps what a crock.

343I owes us no compensation. When they fix the game(and they will fix it), we will have what we paid for. Nothing more. Not an apology, not free content, just what we paid for -a working game.
The free content idea is flawed anyway - they’re currently expending resources trying to FIX the game, they won’t be able to distribute resources just to make another H2A map.
I think free xbox live gold spanning a period from release date until it’s fixed is a good gesture.
I only bought an XB1 for TMCC and loaded a year of gold onto it immediately. As that’s the only game I have, using that XBL gold is completely pointless until they fix it, so I think it’s fair to expect to get it back.

Halo isn’t the only game to experience launch problems. Remember Battlefield 4? After the hate Dice got from that, I don’t think they will be doing that mistake again. But I think the Halo fans are nervous. I am. I’m afraid that buggy launches is something we might have to live with in the future… I hope that Halo games will be an exception.

I’m sure it’ll definitely be an exception. The only reason this is so broken is because it was worked on between three(four) different companies, in a very small time, and it’s a very big project.
there doesnt need to be any compensation. somethings gone wrong. next time any of you make a mistake i want you to think for a minute. not only do i expect you to FULLY put it right but then give you more than you have? (time, resources, money)
I make a mistake at work tomorrow, fire me i suppose. aint no room for mistakes.
We deserve a working game, not compensation. It’s tiring to see how many people think they should get free handouts in society these days. Everyone needs to stop thinking that they deserve compensation every time something happens that they don’t like.

Well, we don’t deserve compensation (we deserve a working game, and that’s it), but some free H2A DLC would be a nice gesture, and I’m sure it would help people forgive 343i. To those suggesting that 343i doesn’t have the budget for it, what are you on about? It’s Microsoft here!
But yeah, a final and working fix during this next week would be enough

Sim City 4 is not an online game. You likely mean Simcity (2013).

This is in the wrong section.
This is the support section not the general MCC section.
The only thing we deserve is to have our faith restored. 343 and Microsoft get the benefit of the doubt because:
343i Doesn’t Owe Us Anything. They put months, probably over a year into this game to make it as good as they can. They didn’t know of all of the bugs and matchmaking issues, a small team of beta testers cant find bugs as easily as thousands of people who bought the game, Every game has its issues. Just fixing the issues and bugs is way more then enough to pay us back. And even still, its 1 WEEK! 1 WEEK with issues, you know what you could do? play another game until the issues get fixed. Simple as that.
I just want the game fixed, atm can only really play campaign solo, co op crashes most of the time but man is this game awesome when it works!
Maybe if people would stop posting topics like this, and instead just posted bugs/glitches AS THIS FORUM SECTION IS MEANT FOR, it would be fixed faster.
