The Bums of Reach spartan company is a new company that is actively looking for recruits. The qualifications are limited but include the following: being respectful of all company members and of all members on Halo Waypoint, limiting bad-mouthing, and having fun while playing. There is no age restriction, minimum spartan rank, or skill level required. This company will most likely not progress toward the Achilles armor set at an accelerated rate due to the fact that anyone is allowed to join, not just highly active individuals. Recruitment is open whether you are highly active or whether you have work, school, or household duties to attend to that limit your ability to be highly active. No one will be forced to play with the other company members. It is entirely up to each Spartan whether or not they want to converse with the other Spartans.
