I just joined a company last night and this morning, it still does not appear that I am in this company in the game. Do I have to wait or sync the data game somewhere?
You are part of the company. When it shows the final stats, under you GT you will see the name of the company.

But that’s the thing - it doesn’t. I’ve been in a company and I know where to look at when I am in one, but this time, it does not appear in-game only on the website. Is there anyway I can try to synchronize the stats? I tried playing a game and thought maybe then it will, but it didn’t.

Here on waypoint it does show that you are a member of a company. Have you tried a hard boot?

What is a ‘‘hard boot’’? But, actually, I think this has to do with the servers. I am not able to access my requisitions and boosts and all of the people’s emblem’s appear just blank white. I am going to wait a little while, I think it should appear later on.

A hard boot is when you unplug the XBOX wait a minimum of 30 seconds, then plug it back in. Just trying to eliminate everything on your side. I believe that you are correct with it being on the server side of things. Hopefully things will work out!
If it’s on waypoint, simply restarting your Halo should do it.
When you are in the waiting room of the game, when you press x you see the company tab? And see the members of your company that are connected? If you can see them then you are well in the company. Maybe just some data synchronization error.
