Company commendations problem

So me and my wife are in the same Spartan Company now, before she joined i was getting the company commendations packs every time we finished lvl 3 kill comendations. Ever since she joined only her profile receives the packs. This was the case with the HWC pack for watching, only one profile per xbox could get it unless you loged onto the website and purchased the free req pack for my spacific profile.

So my problem is i can’t receive company comendations for multiple profile on same xbox in the same Spartan Company. This also mean only one if us will receive Achilles armor and helmet.

I feel as though no one cares or isn’t having this problem. So i guess I’ll just fix it myself.

We just completed another lvl 3 kill comendation and still did not receive a req pack, that makes 6 req packs not received.
