Companion App/Halo Waypoint App for Androids

So I’m sure this has been brought up but not for about 8 months so I figured a new thread was better than raising the dead.

but

Why are there still problems with the Halo Waypoint App for androids?

I have an asus transformer prime, and while they might not be as wide spread as the ipad, it’s actually reviewed higher on several websites. Which is why I picked it over the more expensive ipad.

I’ve been wanting to get atlas for it for a while but it won’t let me sign in. I just get a white screen after my details are entered. I could use my iphone as it all works on there, but the tiny awkward screen makes it pointless on that device.

It’s more than that too. My Xbox Live app doesn’t support it either, so no companion app for me. Which leaves me little hope of ever having xbox smartglass ever working on my devices.

So all those sweet Halo 4 features. How many of us are expected to us them right now?

(you know what, I’m bored so I’m adding a poll for the fun of it, see if we can’t get an idea of users taking advantage of these.)

I have an LG Viper running Android 2.3. It’s not the greatest device, but the Waypoint app, including ATLAS, runs perfectly fine on it! It could be that the app was not built for tablets.

Because Android is fragmented.

I’m having the same issues with Halo Waypoint on my ASUS Transformer tablet. Halo Waypoint appears to load properly (splash screen and all), but then I can’t sign in. I simply receive an all-white screen for output. I have to hit the Home button to return to the Android interface.

The poll appears to be closed on this forum; I’d vote if I could.
