When I try to add my youtube account to our company it won’t work because Waypoint is adding /user in front of the URL, unless you have over 500 subs and have requested a specific URL I don’t believe that will work. Any solutions?
I hope they fix this soon. Halo 5 is out next week!
As far as I know, all you have to do is add the information of your YouTube’s url that’s after the /user/ part. Worked for me, and I haven’t heard of any ‘sub’ restraints being in effect.

Im having a similar issue, i just put the link for my youtube in the bio, worked fine then.
What the OP is referring to is the Halochannel Spartan Company system does not work for youtube.com/channel. Anyone who runs a youtube channel knows the TOS and why they would use multiple channels on their youtube account. If you run a dedicated channel on youtube you need to use the additional channel option (which can only be done on a single account per linked phone number for those who wish to do videos longer than 15min) to create additional content specific channels. Right now the current system 343 has implemented screws anybody who runs multiple channel or is partnered due to the system not supporting /channel.

So, if I understand correctly. What you’re saying in simple terms is that if you have more than one YT channel linked to the same account, you cannot link it to your Spartan Profile on Halowaypoint.
Which is a pain as I had one channel which I had specifically set up to post gaming vid’s using my GT rather than use my first channel that uses my real name.

Yes, that is the main issue with how they are currently linking youtube channels. When you add a new channel to your account it does not get the /user in its url, it gets /channel
