I used an old halo 5 mattel figure, shaved face down and added apoxie sculpt, painted with primer and paints then added glow in the dark paint. Thanks for your consideration!

Hi, I did this in blender and photoshop hope yall like it
So, I finally finished my Halo cinematic retelling series today and I hope more of the community takes notice of it as it was a ton of hard work for me and the other people involved! There is no bias with any particular Halo game, as I believe all Halo games are good in their own way. Here’s the link to the playlist and I hope it gets considered in the community spotlight as this is my gift to the Halo community.
