I think that 343i needs to add a playlist full of their favorite community forge creations that get sent in to them. This playlist will be full of unique maps and grow the forge community and just the halo community in general. Also we can rotate to new maps like every week so there will be tons of variety. And if we like a map enough maybe we can add that map to the regular playlist. This will also make the community more vibrant and invite new players in because this feature will be so cool and it’s unique to halo.
I’m sure at some point forge maps will be included, not to mention there were already a couple in the beta. But adding more of these would take place months afterward, for sure. As for a full playlist, maybe. It may end up being better just spreading maps out between playlists, or not. I really don’t know about that.
That’d be awesome. I swear every other map in Halo Reach was a forged map. And I liked playing something new when i got on after taking a break for a few weeks. And if they made a forge playlist supported by 343 and the community forgers, I just don’t see anything negative with it.
