There is no need for community managers anymore. There are two or three users on waypoint who try to take on all of the damage control themselves.

Heā€™s not a community manager, itā€™s not his responsibility to be updating the community on the state of the game.

When I read what Phil Spencer said in the GQ interview about the gameplay reveal
"I donā€™t like how we did it, I donā€™t like that we showed the game, talked about it launching at the launch of the consoles. And then within a month, we had moved it.ā€

I feel like that some serious ultimatums were put into place after launch and I really do believe, because of the state of MP, that the multiplayer lead didnā€™t leave, he was given the opportunity to leave to save face.
Who leaves a job for no other job?

Anyway, Iā€™m hoping that all this blackout in communication is from the team getting overhauled and getting crap fixed.

And donā€™t even try to bring up that stupid reddit post about a dev liking a tweet. Getting angry over that is stupid and petty.
