In the latest community update on Breakout, Kevin Franklin said some things which included:
“Pro Team has done a great job of building several of the launch maps for Breakout, and we’re really excited to see what the community can come up with as well.”
I think it’s a solid indication that Breakout will feature community made maps, which means there is a chance we can see it in arena.
Hype.
More than likely the arena map is a topography based manipulation map, meaning you can raise/lower the landscape as you see fit, while it automatically makes the sheer walls look like the UNSC thing you see normally. Almost like a SIMS game, where you can raise/lower specific points on the map. Or it may be a mix of regular forge and the topography manipulator. Which would be kinda cool

Of course it points to forge, he’s saying that they will implement the maps into the playlist, which is fantastic since it’s community based again, like reach.

Its a step in the right direction of news, but 343 needs to showcase its community driven stance. which means show us forge, show us gametypes and options and show us how parties are managed

we still have 3 1/2 weeks for stuff to be releases. We will see
