Something i recognised over the past 24 hours (Im Australian) is the lack of attention the campaign has gotten and therefore the overload of, well moaning, about the CE/A Multiplayer playlist.
Fair call, people have a right to bring something they disagree with into light of the developers in a ‘respectful’ and ‘logical’ manner.
And surely enough there are one or two things i don’t like… Pistol is OP. (i joke)
But there has been very little, the remade campaign is great/bad.
SO my issue here is this; has the main attraction of Halo shifted from its story line to the multiplayer? Are people now just buying the game to shoot each other on the virtual battle field?
I love the campaign. The only thing that bugs me about it is the co-op runs terribly. I’m gonna assume that will be fixed soon tho.
I haven’t had a chance to MP yet.

I also started back in 2001. Forbme, the fun was in trying to complete the campaign on legendary coop as fast as possible.
It was only after we got tired of tht, that we got into the LAN parties.

I also have completed it countless times on legendary with my younger brother. Good times indeed…Everyone involved did a great job
Halo has for me been always about the story and co-op, I would still buy the games if there was no multiplayer. Loving this edition of Halo CE apart from missing out on some features because I refuse to buy Kinect.
Im hopefully a few minutes away from getting the game, and campaign will be the first Im going on. Help me out, if you see a post complaining about the multiplayer, tell them to move it to the Reach forums, where it belongs. CEA Multiplayer is a Reach map Pack. So doesn’t it make sense that things concerning it should be posted in Reach?

Judging by how changing the multiplayer in different ways causes so many polarizing comments and views in the community, I’d say it is getting close to that point.
