Community Grifball Maps!

I was shocked to find the grifball playlist only has one court/map. Don’t get me wrong…for the most part it’s a very nice court to play on. But after 5+ matches a change of scenery is in order. I wouldn’t mind a floating structure in the new skybox we just got for forge, or a breakout styled court. I don’t mind all the courts being square and similar, but I don’t want to be stuck in the snow for the next several months. So I think they should let the community forgers shine and put some of their maps into the rotation quickly. I do want to see the community BtB maps next…but right after that…please make more grifball maps a priority!

But come on 343…you launched grifball playlist with only one map? Who on earth thought that was a smart move?

And on a completely unrelated note, where is the blue team AR skin that was previewed and was supposed to be in this months release? And I hope you guys didn’t scrap the rig remix, I really wanted to see that lava stream and ash falling from the sky on that map.

I too would enjoy a variety in the maps. A curved map like the one from Halo Readh wojld be a really cool change in arena.

I 3rd the motion, more grifball maps

New maps will hopefully be added over the next few weeks.

They said in the last live stream that they’d be adding community maps as they become available and pass through the Cartographer process.

I’m worried about this because 343 will probably use a new forged grifball map as one of their “brand new maps” in the next update. Thus limiting the ammount of actual new maps we recieve.

While your skepticism is justified, I don’t think it will be the case here.
