How come you can get the map pack achievements on community forge island even if you have no map pack in the first place
Because they’re impossible to get without boosting.
Probably because Forge Island is a DLC so maybe the achievements are tied to any DLC maps.
DLC achievements are glitched from the beginning.
All the achievements thus far have been easy to get minus the Mantis stomp achievement, that one just took dedication and the hopes that you could get to it before your teammates and that they didn’t try to destroy it before you could take two steps in it. I think Halo 4 has had the easiest achievements of all the Halo games.
Really? Awesome! Time to start playing that. That is awesome considering the DLC never shows up for me.
Are there any tanks? I think I could get Flash of Light if I plant a grenade on one of them as long as it is carrying a gunner as well.

I’ll give you a nice tip, you can actually kill a guy with one pulse, then another guy immediately after that and you will get the achievement. But you should do it fast enough getting a double kill. Atleast that’s how I got it, I don’t know if it was a glitch or something but it’s worth a try to throw that second grenade if you don’t succeed in first try.

The mantis stomp one was cake… Assassinating someone who is using Hard-light shield was the hardest one because nobody uses the stupid thing.
I think the guy who I got it off of might have been putting his butt up to be nice but I am not sure… Ether way I’ll take it =)

Yay!!! I was afraid that I wouldn’t be able to get the Map Pack achievements for a few years until the War Games Map Pass went on sale for cheap enough. I’m so excited!!! 
Time to review the criteria. After these achievements, all I’ll need is a hard drive for the Theater achievements! Thanks Siul! 
I’m assuming you have to be in a match made forge game to get the dlc achievements on forge island? Or can I do a custom game on forge island and still get the achievements?
