Okay guys i really wanna know where i can download the community files like game type and variants. Also where can i change my name plate?
Sorry, bud. Nameplates can no longer be changed. 
As for files and the such, they will be available over the net for the summer. For now, just put somebody’s gamer-tag into the ‘File Share’ search and get the files from there. It’s the best and only option for the next few months.
