How can someone get badges on this site? Some members here have badges like flag, artist, photographer and many more I can’t remember.
Does anyone know how to get them?

It used to be that he community got to nominate whoever they think has been a good community member, and every week someone was chosen as CMotW. Unfortunately, it ended, and there aren’t going to be new CMotW:s in the foreseeable future.

I would assume just MOTW.

CMotW only, but a lot of the badges are one-time-only; special events and that kind of stuff. There are a few that might be possible these days, but I haven’t followed closely enough to know whether they are still being handed out regularly. There’s at least hope as the system wasn’t ditched with the latest update, and the graphics got an update.
