Why was there a downgrade in this feature on the Waypoint app on XBL? You used to be able to see why you were whatever rank, and you could compare your rank to your friends’ ranks. Now, you can’t do anything but see your (most likely incorrectly displayed) rank.
Which leads into the question: Why are they (and also the awards and achievements) are almost always displayed incorrectly, at times missing entire games of progress? For example, a lot of times it totally disregards my ODST progress, saying that I have none of the achievements.
I really don’t mean to sound rude or like an ingrate, but doesn’t 343/Microsoft have a near-infinite supply of money? Why doesn’t anything of 343’s ever work consistently? Another example would be the entire file-sharing ordeal. Bungie was just a poor boy (and nobody loved him) yet he still managed to have pretty much everything running smoothly always, aside from the blackscreen issues in Reach. For Pete’s sake, Bungie’s first game on the 360, Halo 3, had a better file-sharing system than both H4 and Reach, and it worked perfectly DAY 1. We don’t even have a file-sharing system Day 1 for Halo 4.
