Commendations unavailable, can't access stats

Hi there

Can anyone out there explain why all of a sudden today this afternoon the following has happened?

  1. Commendations have become unavailable, with the game stating
    “Cannot earn commendations. The Halo 4 server is unavailable or you chose to remain an offline Spartan”

  2. In Matchmaking, my Spartan has reverted back to standard armor, can’t access my loadouts and SR1 while on my console, the Spartan has his custom armor, loadouts and is at SR49.

No changes were made to my network settings between the time I played this morning or the time I jumped on this afternoon and I have also had no issues actually jumping into matchmaking games nor talking to friends over Xbox Live…

I’ve checked all the network settings, and tried to check out my stats online however I get the following error codes:

Hey guys

just moved my profile over to a friends console (who has OPEN NAT) and the results are the same…clearly a profile issue as my friend is able to access commendations & challenges at the same time while I can’t

Not happy as this has persisted for over 24hrs & hoping that it won’t take till the TU to fix it :frowning:

Either your profile is corrupted (just re-download it) or you have been banned.

Just wondering how I can either a. Find out if I was banned or b. how to download the profile?
