Commendations / Service Record Issue

Hey all,

Just wanted to bring this up… So last night I had beaten Dawn on solo legendary and today I just finished Requiem on solo legendary… At the end of both missions I did get the achievements for beating them and other achievements too. However, I beat Dawn OFFLINE and beat Requiem ONLINE… The thing is that when I now check my service record and commendations it says that I have beaten Requiem solo legendary but says that I haven’t completed Dawn… When I go back to my campaign lobby though, it locally says that I have beaten the levels on legendary, just that the one done offline didn’t count towards my online service record…

I was wondering if perhaps there would be any possibility to have this issue looked at and resolved? What I mean is that the service record should be able scan your data once you sign in to Xbox Live… That way people who’ve achieved certain things offline, like me, would be able to get our reward in the service record / commendations list…

If you think about it, right now if some hardcore player’s internet were to go down for a week and they decided to play a full legendary run while signed out of Xbox Live, they wouldn’t get any reward / progression in their service record when their internet does come back on and they connect to the Halo servers!

Would be really nice to have this issue looked at… Please feel free to share your thoughts!

I have had a similar issue. I have completed the campaign on legendary with a friend. We had issues connecting to the same party so we did system link through my router. We both completed the campaign, received all the acheievements, and I even got the armor rewards for the multiplayer. My friend did not get any of the bonus armor and both of our service records indicate only 5 levels of the campaign complete. Of course that was about when we stopped being able to party together on the same network via xbox live for some unknown reason. To this day my kill death records change constantly outside of live gameplay and I do not have the compaign marked as complete on my service record.
