Today an issue with the commendations happend to me. I killed an ultra boss (warden eternal) and gotten kills with a gauss turret (multiple) yet at the end of the game I only gotten progression for spartan assaults etc. but not those two commendations. This happend in different games and really think this is a bug in the game.
