Commendation Reward Issue

I Have Worked Really Hard To Obtain These Three Commendation Rewards:

  • Loadout Weapon Mastery - Loadout DMR - Storm RifleI Have Received None Of The Rewards For The Commendations, I Would Like To Have My Rewards For The Hard Work I Have Put Into Obtaining These Commendations.

It looks to be a Halo 5 wide issue.
I did not get two packs I should have received.

I had a similar problem I just finish arena got my daily but I never received my reward then I went to warzone I got my daily a commendations and I leveled up but when I went to Check if I have received my rewards there was nothing.

yeah now my profile won’t sync. everything is default and I can do anything. I assume they are fixing whatever messed up earlier. that’s usually the case when you can’t access anything.

I lost a couple of commendation rewards earlier too, hope I get them back as I earned them!

I have had somewhat similar experiences. Lately my commendations have not reflected my in-game performance. For instance, earlier today I was credited for having killed Warden Eternal in a Warzone match. The game was very clear that I had been the one to actually be acknowledged as the player who eliminated him. However, when I went to the post-game report to check the status of my commendations (particularly the Warden kills remaining), I had not received any credit for the kill. I then checked the actual commendation page to find that it also did not add my recent Warden takedown. I don’t know if this is happening to anyone else but I have never seen this before. Hopefully it was just a one time fluke.
