Commendation pack and req points gone

(Idk if we posts problems here so if I’m in the wrong place lemme know.)
I love the game so far but occasionally in war zone, I won’t recieve req points after a game finishes and I didn’t really mind until just now,I completed the base capture commendation and I didn’t get the special pack for doing it or the req points for the game. The points I don’t really care about but that pack can’t be obtained again so I’m kinda just pissed that I missed out on it

I just had the same thing for the 50 base captures. Didn’t get a pack or the 1000xp?
Anybody else have this issue… Got my marine slayer pack straight after. Any ideas ?

Did you find a solution? You got your req pack?? Same problem here!

I just missed out on my Banshee gunner pack too, wondering if there was some server issues?

Same. Just lost a Ghost Destroyer Pack.

Same I finished the SAW commendation and never got my pack for it, yet I just finished the railgun (two games later) and I got the pack for that. Is there some way they could check our data and send us our appropriate pack that we missed or something?

Also did not receive my Spartan rank commendation or warzone daily win pack. Really frustrating!

Even more frustrating is that when I go to halo waypoint to check my stats it says I have completed the SAW commendation, but I don’t have the corresponding emblem that goes with it (Mixer [Rare]) and it also tells me that I have no req packs to open. So if waypoint says I have done it ,yet I don’t have the emblem for it and don’t have a pack to open. What should I do?

Same for me, I finally finished the SAW commendation and it actually said I had a pack to open but when I looked nothing. Very annoying!

Yes I missed out on a commendation reward pack for killing standard bosses on war zone, so have lost the predator emblem as a result.

Just started my game today and found the saw pack. I guessed it fixed itself, thank whomever I need to than; be it time, data, or a physical person. Thank you I appreciate it. Just hold out guys and you will hopefully get it over a day or two
