Commendation not unlocking

I have completed every commendation in the game, yet Arena Mastery is still not unlocked for me. It says 3/4, but there is nothing left for me to complete. Please help.

Edit: Whatever the last commendation you completed was, you have to do one more of that and it will unlock.
