I don’t always get commendations even when I earn them, such as the campaign legendary ones. I got the commendation saying I beat the campaign on legendary, but I had to redo about four of the missions to get some of the individual level commendations. Last night I got my first perfection ever with exactly 15 kills without dying(and like two assists), but it didn’t even count it on the perfection commendation… Does anyone else have this issue or know what the problem is?
sometimes i get medals that i didn’t deserve, like i played a match 15 to 2 and got insane medal, though it says you have to do 15 kills without dying… sometimes things in halo are unexplainable

There might be two scenerios for the Perfection not counting:

Were you playing an Objective based game (KotH, CTF…)? Perfections only count if you were playing Slayer based games.

DId the game blackscreen at any moment? Blackscreens very often reset your spree.
Ahhh… That would make sense; it was on CTF. Dang. Oh well. Still doesn’t answer the campaign not working right, but it did answer the part I cared about. Thanks, Suil!

You have to be connected to Xbox Live for commendations to count.
