I completed my commendation for the scattershot recently and never received my Scattershot pack, as such I do not have the Invex emblem that comes with it and I was wondering if this is a known issue.
Would also like this to be rectified so I can progress my completion.
I have hard restarted my xbox multiple times, the pack has never appeared and neither has the emblem.
Any response from anyone regarding this?
Try doing a hard reset on your XBox. I hope that helps.
Oh trust me I’ve tried, I actually completed the commendation sometime last year shortly after the game came out… Think I would have hard reset my xbox a good 20-30 times since then at a minimum. Thanks for the advice though.
I had the same problem, but I just reloaded the game and I received the pack. You can also try to reinstall the game to try to fix the problem.
The only way my problem is getting fixed is if 343 goes onto my profile and awards me the pack independently of the game award system, because if it hasn’t come by now the game is never going to give it to me. Forum team can I please have a response on this, I would like this problem to be addressed.
Man, I have posted many times about this same issue for the last months and still haven’t received any support or official statement from 343. In one of my posta several other players reported similar problems. It’s so annoying.
Forum Team, is there going to be any response to my post, or is this issue going to be ignored like countless others before it… Seriously guys it’s not like we are out to get you we just want to experience the game properly and now we can’t.

you think you got problems. I got about 99% of everything (100% of weapons and vehicles) but now req packs - even gold - just give me more req points and mostly useless stuff i dont need. I know the achillies set requires “the grind” and im halfway there with my crew but there are about 4 pieces of armour and quite a few weapon skins i just cannot get. at all. i can only assume i need to do something to unlock these items but what I dont know. req packs are now almost useless (unless i need 50 tanks, which i dont) and its kind of took the shine off of the halo. peace.
Once again bringing this up, would like this to be addressed please Forum Team, is this the wrong time to be doing it?? When are you guys active so that you will definitely see this?
