Come on 343i bring back full armor customization

I don’t know guys but i really not enjoy seeing me like every body else on a firefight i like to have my own style and seeing a diversity of styles too, it’s why i like so much reach custom but fine not so much but helmet/body nothing more?! it think just those two options is a poor choice made (i know i know it will be helmet skin and body skin also weapon skin, not so much where to choose) and i have listened so much people complaining about this topic too we need to make us hear until 343i hear what the players want that is not something new but something that 343i is taking from us, at least give us helmet, shoulders and torso…

It is possible for a future update, also, you made a mistake

I’m actually glad that I won’t have to see those really awkward combinations some people come up with. I’m happy that everyone is going to actually look like a soldier wearing a functional set of armor.

Plus, less pieces that we can change means mores options for the pieces we can change. I look forward to seeing just how many different sets they come up with.

I’ve never cared for how much we get to customize, so long as we get plenty of usable options. So much of Halo 4’s armor options were dreadful. Halo: Reach’s customization wasn’t great because you could customize the codpiece and pick different options for earrings and neck tattoos. The customization was great because you had so many options that belonged on Spartans.

Seeing some of the combinations throughout Halo’s time…I’ll be happy some of y’all are put back in a box.

armor customization was always pointless. The changes aren’t dramatic enough in previous Halo games to even notice in MP…unless we’re talking about flaming helmets. Destiny is a good example of where the armor changes more dramatically, but you still don’t notice in the heat of MP.

As long as there’s no weapon customisation, I despise weapon skins this is not COD

Speak for yourself, I always notice the armour that players are wearing in Halo. It helps me identify who’s killed me and whatnot more often than the names ever did. Now that players won’t ever look unique, everybody will just be another generic Spartan.

…he says while sporting the Mark V armor.

And yet in my experience anybody sporting a full set of any armor is a rarity, so he’d still be unique in his own way.

Speak for yourself. I for one prefer to make my spartan unique. I also do notice what others are wearing.

LOL!
YES! Now people wont offend my eyes with their variety.

Hilarious, man.

There are both weapon and vehicle skins.

It’s not happening, just like split-screen.

Get over it.

Well, the bright spot in all of this is that they’re saying we’ll have more helmets and armor to choose from, so I guess I’m ok with it.
But I am a little worried that with more options will be more opportunity to have some real stinkers like what we had with Halo 4. But so far all the helmets/armor for Halo 5 are looking pretty good. None of that FOTUS or Venerator stuff that doesn’t seem to fit in the Halo universe.

It makes sense that they would do such a limit. Some armor mixes would contradict one another. Though I guess the same could be said for the helm and suit combos… My question is just how many armor suits and helms do they have.

I’m calling bull spit. Sure you might notice certain things for the sake of identification (which is usually names for me, but sometimes armor), but no one has the time to sit and study armor in MP. I’m like Chuck Norris though, I don’t have opinions I only state facts.

Honestly, they did it so it wouldn’t take a hundred years to complete an armor set. We’re getting most of the sets through REQ packs so trying to get all the parts you want in an RNG system would be worse than Destiny engrams lol. Still, they could have bundled all the pieces in a single armor card and then let you mix them up in the character customizer.

I really don’t care much for armor customization and I’m glad it is getting limited and not expanded. You can only really tell what helmet someone is wearing, and can’t really tell in game (during a match) what shoulders, legs or side leg pouch they have on. On top of that point, Halo: Reach had so many pieces of armor that didn’t flow together and a lot of people wore the Robot Arm with the giant shoulder pads, Emile’s Skull EVA helmet and Lightening armor effect. They thought they looked cool, but it just looks stupid. Don’t even get me started with FOTUS.

With the limited armor customization, things will flow nicely and still allow people to give themselves a unique look.

Needs more Hayabusa. Nobody wore that set ever.
