Comcast Xfinity and Halo 5 Disconnects

Recently I have been getting kicked from matchmade games (both Arena and Warzone) seemingly randomly. My NAT goes between open and moderate, but all of my network tests through the Xbox are showing that everything is fine. I’m connected with an Ethernet cable to the Technicolor box Comcast provided. I can’t seem to find a pattern as to what causes these disconnects or what I can do to help it, so I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced this. I realize it’s just a game, but losing ranks, boosts, etc. when I’m trying to enjoy a little competition through no apparent fault of my own is extremely frustrating. I haven’t been able to find any specific advice on this, so any help would be much appreciated.

This was happening to me. I unplugged my xbox from power block for couple minutes then plugged back in and it fixed it

Has this been a permanent fix? I’ve restarted everything multiple times, and the problem keeps coming back.
