Hi Support,
I am having some of the same problems with my Comcast cable as other Spartans have reported with Time Warner cable. Most games I will be unable to play because of one or more of the following:
- Enemies teleport through the map - “Quick” deaths–in real time it feels like I died after one bullet - My bullets don’t do any damage–Saved Films show that I was aiming at empty air - Postgame Carnage report is slow to load, and once a month I get booted from the lobby postgame due to a connection timeout - Bullet inputs are missed–it feels like the cooldown time before I can do another operation is longer than normalMy rank is low because I can’t fight and keep getting killed–it feels like I can help my team best by hiding. Some days I feel like that guy from Breaking Benjamin, except I haven’t smashed my controllers yet.
