Sounds like customer services just said that to get rid of you lol. 343i dont have contact details on this site and dont come to these parts much.
Almost no one got the full 600, considering it was on a first come, first served basis. If you met the 140 hrs played but the overall points available had run out, tough luck.

How in any way were you “ripped off”? You didnt pay anything. It was a first come first serve basis for the points awards which were a gift for time played. And only Matchmaking games counted.
You got free MS points for fek all.
