What are these medals?
I have no idea, I think I’m on the last rank, but, you know I feel like I’d have had more than that since I’ve finished assassinations, ground pounds AND melee, shotties, and ar… maybe you need to survive for some time after getting a CQC medal??
I’ve been curious about this, myself. I can’t find information about “skill” medals anywhere. My best guess is that it’s only “From the Grave” medals. I know it sounds wrong, but when I look at how many FtG medals I have, and my commendation progression, it’s the only thing that comes close. I have 208/210 in the progression, but only 205 FtG medals. So, there could be more medals that qualify (“Game Saver”??), or, there could just be an error on Waypoint/progression count. I’ve looked at the other players in my spartan company and the math works out on 2/3 players, and it’s really close on the third player. Again, I’m not sure about which medals qualify, but if I find out for sure I’ll update this post.

I believe he’s asking what qualifies as one of these medals to earn the commendation
It has something to do with like brawler or if you kill a launching sword with your shotgun not sure though
I’m working on this one too. As best as I can tell it’s for things life Cliffhanger Starkiller Bulltrue ect. I think it’s for medals not already part of another commedation like Protector Brawler Assassination or any weapon specific medals. I could be wrong but these are medals I’ve gotten and seen the progression increase after that match.
I can confirm that ‘From the Grave’ counts. That doesn’t mean it’s the only medal that counts, though.
