Everytime I get on CE and try to work tiwards goat-roped it freezes. I can only play the library, other than that it just refuses to play for me. I’ve cleaned the disc as well as installing and uninstalling it.

Yes in the MCC, but it freezes during mission select. The gameplay is fine.

Do you have a disc, or download copy? Did you try a hard reset of your xbox, while it was uninstalled?
